Hello, I am new to this forum, and I would like to congratulate you on your amazing work.
I have a question about the textures on the Wii. It has been suggested on another forum that the textures ,of games stored on the disc, are of higher resolution and color depth than the ones displayed on the Wii console due to the limitations of the Frame Buffer. And that on the emulator the original resolution and color depth are displayed, creating a far better result on higher resolutions (like 720p).
Is there any truth to these rumors, or the apparent sharpness is due to better anisotropic filtering, or other means, of current PC GPUs?
Thank you very much in advance and keep up the good work!
