Why don't you just simplify the Poll so that its in English. ^^
That would be nice. Or are you going to procrastinate in that area as well?

Same thing i thought at first, but then i stared at it for like a minute...
And that still brought me no where.
Basically do what ThelukeStir says.
Option 1- More effort to the Dx Plugin
Option 2- More effort to the OpenGL plugin
Can't have more effort into something that isn't getting any effort as it is

Couldn't of said it better myself.

While we're on the process of discussing semantics and grammar I might as well point out you couldn't
have said it better yourself.

Both Direct3D 11 and OpenGL can do the same work on the GPU, however the APIs have their own advantages
Direct3D:
- Strongly supported by ATI Graphics Cards
- More cards support it including really junky ones
- Easier API to work with
- Dedicated SDK and MSDN Library
- Control over where textures are stored (VRAM or RAM)
OpenGL:
- Cross-Platform
- Smaller Library
- Legacy API - allowing more direct control over the graphics engine
- Open Source
- Vendors can add their own extensions to it
from your post it seems Direct3D has more advantages.
hmm why does it not show me who voted for what when i hit view results... i want to see who the fools are who voted for the dx plugin

Some of those advantages are a matter of preference. Some say DX is an easier API to work with, others say OGL is.
And the big thing here is the fact that OGL is cross-platform. I'm not exactly sure, but I think the OGL plugin came to life AFTER the last official release by the Dolphin Team and the project went open-source. Now I'm guessing one of the big reasons developers chose to start working on an OGL plugin alongside the DX plugin (which is now almost discontinued) was to allow Dolphin to become cross-platform.

That would be all of the IGP users that we have over here.

How come I can't access the source code repository to download old source code?

I would happily re-word the poll, but I can't edit it now. So if anyone is still confused about the poll FOR THE LAST DAMN TIME, "Yes, for directx" means you want the directx plugin focused on more. "No for opengl" means that you want the opengl plugin focused on more. My opinion is of course for directx, because omegadox made a very interesting comment about the advantages and disadvantages about both. Also, even though opengl seems simpler, from the graphics I've seen from both, directx wins me over as the best, so yes, Diddy Kong and THELUKESTIR, I'm one of the so called dumbasses who voted for directx, because I want something better.

When you've got your folder setup and updated, right-click on the folder, hover over TortoiseSVN, click "Update to revision...". When the window pops open, choose Revision and enter the desired revision number. Then, change update depth to fully recursive and click OK.
