My PokemonXD has been freezing 5 different times in the span of 45 minutes. I played the first couple ones as bugs and thought they would fix themselves and I believed they did when I got past the place where it froze. It continued to freeze and one time I got a window that told me to disable dual core. I did that and now the game runs at 40% compared to the 80-100% I got. Anybody have this problem before and resolved it? I only found one post about this and it was from 2009 and it wasn't fixed. Please help.
Post your graphics and config pages here as pictures so we can see what you have set up

Thank you.
Regardless of whether Single Core is slow or not, it'd be pretty nice to know whether it froze or not on Single Core. If it's a CPU/GPU desync, there isn't much that can be done with it. You could try the Dualcore Netplay branch and see if that fixes the crash (it randomly fixes other games, too, so it's not out of the realm of possibility.)
Not sure why you have block merging forced on in XD's properties. Put it back to default, and then switch over to OpenGL backend

What is Dualcore Netplay branch?

I'll play for an hour or so and see If it happens again. Putting Block merging on default made the game run a little bit faster.

Okay the error popped up again and I managed to get screenshots:

But this time dolphin didn't crash on me it just continued playing. I have no idea what to make of this. Looking forward to see if anybody knows what this means and maybe coming up with a remedy to fix it.
Does the Sync GPU Thread do anything for you? It can slow down Dolphin when enabled, just a heads up though.

Where do you enable it at? I can't find it.
Right-click Pokemon: XD in Dolphin, go to Properties , then GameConfig. It's above the Block Merging option you turned on here: http://i.imgur.com/CpkNEM4.png

Thanks I'll test that out and maybe deal with turning dual core off and seeing if the errors happens or if freezes with that.
