youre added to svn, look at the googlecode page (source->checkout) to see how to commit. now fix up that frameskipper Big Grin
what ever happened with this? I don't think this ever got fixed?
i got the patch here...

but it makes the framelimiter a bit more jittering and as this is not really needed anymore with the high performance direct3d mode...

thats why i dont think it should be in the main code.



but i can upload a patch file if you want.

advantage is : up to ~33% more real fps in frameskip mode (not gamespeed, only drawn frames)

disadvantage : up to 20% jitter on framelimiter. (limiter could work at 20fps if you set it to 25fps in extreme situations), average jitter is below 5%.
Well you could always make the auto it's own option, meaning that settings 1, 2, 3 etc. won't cause those framelimiter jitterings. And I think most people prefer audio throttle over framelimiter anyway for normal play.
really ?

most of the games i use dont even work with audio throttle(no limit at all) or slow down by massive amounts.

thats why i made the framelimit in the first place : a lot of games where unplaaable without.



hmm, creating another setting is a good idea.

i just need a name that descibes what it really does.

"alter framelimit to increase real fps" could be a possible name but may be misunderstood.
just call it auto

also, who cares about DX9
its glitchy as shit XD
well if you make a poll you will see that more people care about DX9 than Ogl
