We all know and love the new frameskip, but its annoying to turn it on and off the whole time.

dolphin should find out by itself if frameskip is needed or not.

This is my first attempt to that :

Frameskip only works till the amount of frameskip one enters.

example : you play zelda TP with framelimit on 25 (PAL-version) and frameskip 3.

that means : frameskip will be turned off if the fps are 25 or higher and is turned on with value 3 when fps drop below 25.

and not only this, it will recognize each frame that is late and therefore will drop the next -> no delay at all and much smoother game with higher frameskip !

only disadvantage at the moment : no frameskip at all if you dont choose any framelimit (i fix this in next version)

How to use : if you dont know how to compile dolphin you shouln't use it, as it's for testing purpose mainly.

in work :

- real auto frameskip, using only that amount of skip that is really needed and not allways that amount you choose.
i cant even see where the option is to turn it on -.-
its allways on.

- set framelimit to game fps (25/30/50/60, depending on game)
- set frameskip to that amount that should be used when fps drop below limit

-> have fun

edit : you can turn it off by setting frameskip to 0 ofc.

i have no frame skip drop down arrow T_T
perhaps he is referring to Watchdog... then again that can only be set by fives, and can't be set to zero.
