If the graphics break to unplayability, you'll have to deal with the lag to play it.
And, your audio configuration's fine.
So the audio stuttering is irreparable?
You can try using OpenAL, which, if I've read these guys correctly, timestretches the audio instead of breaking it, but I'm not entirely sure.
Yeah, OpenAL helps to fix audio stuttering caused by the game not running at full speed.
Also, set your fullscreen resolution to auto and backend to OpenGL, then enable the Vertex Streaming Hack
And turn back on the EFB copies (try "Texture" first).
Texture cache also needs to be at safe so that you can read text

This is almost guaranteed to create major issues in just about any game. We generally avoid recommending it. I don't know why the option is still there (somebody probably just forgot to remove it at some point).

It's useful for a (very) few number of games
Hey, it's an upgrade to speed. I have nowhere near the power required to play anything but Wind Waker on my computer, so I wouldn't know the problems caused in games by them being disabled. I just know that it is a great upgrade to speed when you have nothing else to turn to.
It´s a speed up because disabling EFB stops the rendering of the mayority of the needed graphic effects (excluding the exceptions LV referred to).
I am new to Dolphin, or rather emulators in general, I started with Pokemon XD and am using my keyboard to play it, got the game playing correctly with no issues other than very minor fps spikes, and have my keyboard mapped out correctly but cannot for the life of me seem to figure out how to navigate the world map to progress past the first 10 minutes of the game. I've tried using the control stick keys, as well as the d pad keys and c stick keys with no success. I've also hunted all over the internet for an answer and came across another few people with my same question but none of them had received an answer either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
