Last time i check that game , it didn't run well with recent Dolphin version . Latest Dolphin may improve the speed , i'm not so sure (I'm busy at work atm , i can't verify that)

Light-weight games : Muramasa the demon blade , New Super Mario Bros , Smash Bros Melee / Brawl ....(Recommend : Pentium Haswell G3220 or better CPU)
Mid : Xenoblade , Pandora Tower , Mario Party 9 ... (Recommend : i3 4130 or better CPU)
Demanding games : Zelda SS , Zelda TP (Hyrule Field slowdown) , Mario Galaxy (1&2) , Metroid Prime series .... (Recommend i5 4670k + Overclocking)

Uhm.... I understand that Zelda TP is on your demanding games list, but Skyward Sword?.... That doesn't even need LLE. I have friends that run SS full speed on Phenom II's.
I highly doubt that. Considering faster cpus struggle with it.

I've been testing against metro prime 2 echos and have absolute no problems on my machine, a AMD 1090T, w/8 gig memory and nvidia 560 ti cards. even with 8x AA and AF and some like 1680x1200 ? internal and viewable resolutions (on a 1080P panel) I'm seeing 60 fps. needless to say, I'm not complaning. additionally, neither the gpu or cpu is being stressed,
What areas have you tried? What settings are you using? What build? There are many spots that will bring much faster systems to their knees on that game using the settings required to prevent issues. MP2 is a very demanding game which is why I have trouble believing that we're getting the entire picture here.

I not sure if I am the target of your questions, but in case I am I have answered these questions in earlier posts. If you have more specific questions, I'll provide more detailed info.
Could you please quote it then? I've read through all of your posts and I don't see any answers to any of those questions.
