That, unsurprisingly, did nothing. Switching to DX11 does not help.

Well so far I've tested the games I have, and the popping, or 90% of it is indeed gone. Some pops remain in the THX openings of Lotr: Third Age, but that's probably game related. Though the pops are gone, there seem to be some audio skips, small ones, sometimes FPS dip related, sometimes not at all it seems.

Also, Eternal Darkness seems broken at both LLE and HLE, the first screen turns black.
