Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

I'm trying to run Resident Evil and RE0 for gamecube but I can't seem to figure out the right settings. In some areas my FPS is OK but generally it's below 20. I've searched far and wide but nothing has worked. So, I thought I should come here and ask the noobiest of questions:

Can my hardware even run these games?

Operating System: W8.1 Pro x64
Processor/CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 620, 2.6 Ghz
Video Card/GPU: HIS 7750 iCooler 1GB GDDR5
Memory/RAM: 4GB PC3-10600 MB/sec
Dolphin Revision: 4.0-817

You're rocking an outdated processor. That'll be your first problem. It's an unfortunate truth, but Athlons won't much cut it in the world of Dolphin.
