I just upgraded to an Intel I7-4770k. As far as I know that's the best non-hexa core around. CPU-Z tells me that it's operating from 3,5 to near, 3,9 (though not @ 3,9 during Dolphin?). That's at least 0,5 Ghz gain since my old CPU. But when I play Twilight Princess on LLE on seperate thread, I see no improvement at all, it still runs at about 15 FPS. How demanding has Dolphin gotten really? The 3,5 version ran 10x better with my old CPU.

Am I missing something?
The Hyrule field speedhack got removed some versions ago, my 4.4Ghz i5 can't do it either.

No I mean, already in the intro. Or I guess that's in Hyrule Field....hmmm...
Are you using one of the dev builds? Use the OpenGL backend (and maybe try lower the IR/AA/AF and see if you have the same speed-slowdowns)

I downloaded the latest dev build yes, not the stable package. And I am using OpenGL, and I tried lowering the upscaling from 2,5 tot 1,5 with no effect. The problem persists too beyond the Hyrule field opening. Unplayable audio stuttering.
Post your config and graphics tabs as pictures so we can see how you have things set up.

Are all your drivers up to date?
Just use 4.0.2 instead of the dev builds for now.

On audio I have LLE with LLE on seperate thread, and Xaudio. Nothing else of note there.
I've added an image of graphical settings. Lowering resokution or AA doesnt do anything really, nor setting EFB back to Texture or accuracy to safe. Maybe 3 or 4 FPS gain?

My graphic drivers are up to date, my BIOS has new firmware but I'm not too sure about that, and do processors even have drivers?
Why did you disable Aero?

Aero?

By the way, 4.0.2 stable works much better, with a minimum of 25 FPS. But since the loss of only a single FPS causes audio stutter, it's still unplayable to me.
