Most AMD motherboards come with "OC software" that chews up tons of CPU time, and is only really good for controlling fans and looking at temps. Those are almost always 80%-95% accurate, which is strange, because mine keeps telling me that my VCore is at 1.3, even though that's stock, and I'd never be able to do 3.6 at 1.3v. You should find this software for your motherboard.

AMD overdrive has always lied to me about the voltages

Well, AMD overdrive also told me that I was running with a 200 MHz ref clock, 12 mult, and 8 CPU-NB mult, with a core voltage of 1.5. I'm not, otherwise I wouldn't be running with 3.5 core and 2.6 CPU-NB.

Bump, bought a graphics card and I have the same issue.
