Well... Not exactly all 2013, but some very good games... More then I could ask of a not so expansive Notebook. The Lag is more a video conversion problem then game problem:

Tomb Raider 2013 on Medium:

All of these are playing badly, and reloading visuals at random times.

Skyrim especially. It's not stuttering I'm seeing; it's just pure low FPS.

Please, don't be like I was with my Radeon HD 4200, this is not good.

Oh, but the intel HD 4000 graphics shouldn't be too much of an issue, if any at all, in Dolphin.

Unrelated, can I see a link for this ultrabook? Preferably an american or canadian site; I want to compare prices around the americas.

Base on game benchmark , most games are unplayable at medium settings

The videos are from the Notebook HP 1000-1460br.
The "Ultrabook" is the HP Pavilion 14-B080BR

Is there any way you can link to a vendor? Canadian google doesn't like things that aren't Canadian, and won't let me search for it successfully.
