Comparable as in similar size, but will perform in Dolphin the way the OP was looking for.

The i5 4250 is pretty slow.
Op said run Wii games fine. The i7 4770R should handle most games that don't need an overclock.

And an i5 4250U is way below all three of those. That was my point. Don't get his hopes up. Those cpus will run dolphin well but his will not. Because it's not comparable to any of those.
What's the point of contention here? KHg8m3r already clarified that by "comparable" he was referring to "comparable in size" not "comparable in Dolphin performance". Without that clarification, you're correct that the OP might get the wrong idea, but KHg8m3r has since amended his statements.
