I tried both different newest revisions, they both don't work. The 32 bit Dolphin provides same error as i got initially on the old Dolphin 32 bit revision and the 64 newest Dolphin revision shows an error that says cannot execute bla bla bla...
Have you updated your video card drivers?

My video card is a NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400. Good enough?

That's your problem
An Upgrade is needed.
The minimum for OpenGl is 6 series
While i recommend at least an 8 Series.
