That's how you run homebrew programs. That will not work with the homebrew channel however.

Yes, but you don't need it as you can boot up whatever elf or dol you were going to with the HBC directly from dolphin.
Oh I see. Ok well ideally, getting Homebrew onto Dolphin would allow to take Homebrew to advantage of Dolphin's graphic capabilities.
