Check the OpenMP (some say it doesn't work, I find it does) and Fast Depth Calculation under Hacks.
Also, try one of the latest dev builds, and the OpenGL backend (its faster due to some recent extension improvements)

Try enabling EFB2RAM cache and setting accuracy to fast. I don´t think CPU2EFB access would wreck anything, try running WW with CPU2EFB skipped access checked.

No real change =/ fps drop more

Can´t do more. Sorry.
EDIT: Wait, have you tried OGL?

Did you see if you can overclock?

Just a note. Do not use fast depth on Wind Waker. It tends to cause severe flickering.
The reason for slowdown is probably due to LLE audio on a relatively old i5. That's all I can guess, other than that, try using EFB2Texture except for when you do pictograph sidequest, etc.

DJBarry004 Wrote:@Anti-Ultimate: So I wasn´t wrong at all with the Hyrule Field thing?
You were sort of wrong. WW technically has a hyrule field but the performance issue with hyrule field that is talked about so often on these forums that you were referring to has to do with TP, not WW.
I would think his cpu would be fast enough to run this game with accurate settings at fullspeed. Barely.
@Erynies
Check your temperatures and clock rates on your cpu and gpu for throttling. Have you tried d3d9?
For the record some general IPC observations in dolphin based on the WW benchmark ranked from slowest per clock to fastest per clock:
Bulldozer
Piledriver/Phenom II +10%
Core 2 + 10%
Nehalem + 40%
Sandy bridge +0%
Ivy bridge +0%
Haswell +30%
Of course these are just the most common microarchitectures you find and this is only one benchmark with one specific game and settings that is being used to derive this. Significant variation will occur based on the game and settings but they're still generally be ranked in this order.
