It's not i5 4200M but i5 4200U which is an untra low voltage CPU -> Bad for Dolphin . i5 4200M clock speed is 2.5GHz , not 1.6GHz
Do not choose a low clock speed CPU for Dolphin !
The recommend CPU for Dolphin : i7 4700MQ , i7 4702MQ , i7 4750HQ
Multi-media laptop with dedicated GPU (Nvidia/AMD GPU) run extremely hot with Dolphin due to single fansink for both CPU and GPU . Most of them will overheat
Gaming laptop has 2 fansink for each CPU and GPU . If you can't afford a gaming laptop (Gigabyte Ultrablade p35k for example ) , just get a multi-media laptop with integrated GPU ( i7 4700MQ + Intel HD 4600 which is on par with Nvidia GT 540M or i7 4750HQ + Intel Iris Pro 5200 which is on par with Nvidia GT 650M )

>I want to play Kirby and Mario games.
I dunno, man, that's kind of a wide range of demandingness. Kirby: Air Ride and Super Mario Sunshine are some of the least demanding games in Dolphin, while Super Mario Galaxy and its sequel require a ridiculously-powerful CPU to run at full speed with the required settings (e.g. LLE) and are widely considered to be the most demanding games to play in Dolphin.

If you (O.P.) can specify the game titles you´ll play, that would be a success.

If it´s a 4200M then how comes that stock speed is 1.6 GHz instead of 2.5? http://ark.intel.com/es/products/76348/I...o-3_10-GHz

That website incorrectly labeled the 4200U as a 4200M. If you look it up at any other site, it states that all the CPU configurations for it are the U series

The O.P.´s site or mine? And here´s the true 4200U site: http://ark.intel.com/es/products/75459/I...o-2_60-GHz

Is 2.6 ghz 4. generation i5 M cpu good for dolphin?

The OP site. It's a bit confusing (being in Turkish and whatnot)
EDIT: @1ht1baron, what is the specific model #? I want to say, the i5-4300M?
