Are you sure your CPU is not overheating / thermal throttling? This does not match the current benchmark trends at all and the result just after yours on the same CPU at very similar clock does.
CPU: AMD fx-8350 @ 4.0GHz

Oh, lookey there, 64-bit users only.

I didn't know you were that anxious for more results that quickly! I got a thread over at overclock.net that's already on page 3, I just didn't have the time to re-post all of the results:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1460058/new-dolphin-cpu-benchmark-no-game-required
In particular there's a
960T result in there as well as an
Ivy Bridge-E result. Also possibly of interest, this Dolphin benchmark is fastest on a stock i5 Sandy Bridge with 3 cores rather than 2 or 4 (
LINK).

Real Wii and possibly Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) coming up soon
Edit:
Wii: 00:17:32 (same time as the others, big surprise there)
Note 10.1: Doesn't work, crashes even in interpreter (using Store Version; buildbot APKs are broken atm)
CPU: Intel i5 4670k @4.4Ghz (OC)
OS: Windows 8.1 64-Bit
Time: Total Time: 0 hours 6 Minutes 41 Seconds (401 Seconds)

Darn it, he beat me to it. I was going to do that tomorrow.

Maybe I still will for double verification... (or triple verification if Jack Frost also beats me to it)
I just realised mine is the fastest so far. You guys should try upping your CPU cache ratio, it helps a lot with this benchmark^^
Gahh, OC is so fucking complicated to take into account that I'm wondering if I should even include in there. It screws up everything if people overclock cache and some not for example.
As you can imagine, NM64 emailed some review websites about this benchmark. I run the Motherboard + memory + some of the CPU benchmarking reviews at AnandTech.com (e.g. my Kaveri CPU article,
http://anandtech.com/show/7677/amd-kaveri-review-a8-7600-a10-7850k) and I am updating my benchmark list for 2014. It would be awesome to get in contact with the developer of the benchmark, I have a request regarding adding milliseconds to the benchmark (just to separate some of the high end stuff). If all goes well I can include a series of stock CPU benchmark results over 2014, with some overclocked ones as well.
PS CPU Cache can help. Some motherboards implement a system of MultiCore Turbo/Enhancement whereby the CPU will be on full turbo mode no matter the loading

PSS Put a column in the spreadsheet for memory speed as well. Ask users to have screenshots showing a CPU-Z window of the CPU and memory for double confirmation.
