CPU: Phenom ii 965 x4 @3.4Ghz stock
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 270x
OS: Windows 8.1 Professional x64
Time: 17 minutes 47 seconds

CPU: Intel Core i5-2410m @ 2.30Ghz
GPU: AMD Radeon 6470m (with Intel HD3000 using shitty (Leshcat) drivers.)
OS: Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter
Time: 52 minutes 7 seconds
52mins ? God , your CPU must be terribly underclocked . This is CPU benchmark , it has nothing to do with your GPU
Check your CPU clock speed when Dolphin is running (use software such as realtemp , coretemp to check) . I bet 20$ that your CPU is running at 1.2GHz or even lower speed
Yes, admin is correct. I have the same CPU in my laptop and just ran the benchmark on it and got the following results.

CPU: Intel Core-i5 2410M @ 2.3GHz turbo boosts up to 2.9GHz (measured 2.7GHz on 2 cores)
OS: Windows 7 64-bits
Time: 19 minutes and 34 seconds

I just ran the bench in Mac OSX:

CPU: Intel Core-i5 2500k @ 3.3GHz turbo boosts up to 4.2GHz (Overclocked TB)
OS: OSX 10.8.5
Time: 11 minutes and 57 seconds

Will post results from Win 7 (sp1 x64) on the same machine in a bit.
edit: done:

From win7 x64:
CPU: Intel Core-i5 2500k @ 3.3GHz turbo boosts up to 4.2GHz (Overclocked TB)
OS: Win7 x64
Time: 10 minutes and 53 seconds

Seems OSX is roughy 10% slower than win7 x64, tbh I thought it would be more..

Ran the test again. CPU runs on 0.76Ghz while Dolphin is running.

I also set Dolphin.exe's pritority to high to improve accuracy, also set Render to main window on dolphin's settings, don't know this changes something.

Also tried running a real game. This bumps up CPU to 2,28Ghz. Running Klonoa on Dolphin 4.0-780.
Follow every steps in thelaptop performance guide and try again

My Power plan was set to Power Saver, changed it to High Performance. Also locked my CPU multipler to 29T with ThrottleStop. This bumps up my max cpu speed to 2.69Ghz. Results are in the attachment may be inaccurate, there are many programs running on the background.

edit: Do another test with no background apps running. result is the same.

Actually, it works a lot better if you're not doing other crap while it's running :p
