Your friend does not need to disable Turbo. The chart shows unedited CPU configs. Since it's enabled by deafult, disabling it does not fit this chart.

I realize he doesn't need to disable turbo, but nobody said that having it enabled was a requirement...

That to me just sounds like a description and/or definition of a column on the results chart rather than mentioning a requirement.
Nevertheless I have noticed that delroth actually hasn't added any of the results from page 12 and onward, so perhaps he was just tired or something?

lol Replying very late into the benchmark but heres my processor.
CPU: i5 3570k @ 4.5ghz (OC)
OS: Windows 7 x64
Time: 9mins 21seconds

not sure if my time was slow or not.
those haswells just pummel the ivybridge lol.
Hopefully when i reoverclock it i can get it under 9mins.
