So you don't get any errors when clicking Export Wii Save without launching Dolphin with Admin rights? I now remember that I didn't have this problem when I ran Dolphin 4.0.1 on Windows 8. Now I have Windows 8.1 and Dolphin 4.0.2 so I don't know what the exact cause may be lol (Dolphin 4.0.2 or windows 8.1).

I am at work atm but i do have dolphin 4.0.2 and windows 8.1. I will give it a try when i get home and let you know
