I would like to play Donkey Kong Country Returns, but it runs only on 80%, and it is kind of slow. I dont know what should i do. Seems the resolution doesnt matter, because it runs at 80% at 1920*1080 aswell.

Your GPU is good but your CPU is slow for Dolphin . Want more speed for free ? Overclocking will help
