else if I plug the sensor bar in the wii and I turn on the wii for feed the sensor bar but without connecting the wii to the tv, it would work ?

Yes is will work. The bar is nothing more then LEDS if it has power the wii mote will see the lights.
Unless some company decides to make a USB adapter for it, there's no way to connect the original sensor bar without mangling the cable. Though, if you do mangle the cable and turn it into a USB sensor bar, you can still use it with the Wii, I think.

Turning on the Wii without hooking it up to a TV works just fine too. The sensor bar is an extremely simple piece of hardware, it's just two clusters of infrared lights. As long as the bar's receiving power (which it always is when connected to a Wii and the Wii's on), it's lit up. There's no actual communication between it and the Wii Remote, either – the remote determines where it's pointing and how far away it is from the screen by tracking the positions of the lights with its little infrared camera.
And if i mangle the cable it work with the USB of the PC ?
Why not ? The sensor bar does not sensor anything , it's just a bunch of IR LEDs . Therefore , it only need power input (either battery ~ wireless sensor bar or USB)
I wanted to say if the power delivered by the USB is neither less nor too much for the sensor bar ?
the true voltage of the OEM sensor bar is around 7.4 or so. The true voltage for a usb port is about 4.7. The usb port will not power that bar correctly. There are a few mod on this board that you can follow to make it work.
^ I'd trust ulao on that, he does hardware hacking. I mean, look at that Blissbox thing.
if I plug the sesnor bar on the yellow cable 12v of the supply of my pc it work?
If you are asking what will happen if you open up the sensor bar cable and plug it in to a 12 volt source, the answer is, no bar left in a few moments. Presuming you also hook up the ground that is.
