Let me reword in a noob-friendly way: Open Start menu, type notepad. Right click notepad.exe from the search results, choose "Run as admin". Notepad will open, then, go to File => Open and navigate to the oemXXX.inf file, edit and save. Repeat the process with the other oem files

I try with 4.0-773 on French Windows and it's the same.
I will try after with English Windows !

In Dolphin, what is your setting under:

Options > Configure > Wii > System Language

Are you using the portal provided in the skylanders game for PC, or the portal provided in the wii game?
Someone knows if it is necessary to use the zadig application in both cases?
