I have been playing The legend of zelda ocarina of time on gamecube and i am constantly freezing at the same point in the game, or, instead of freezing the game gives me a message saying dolphin.exe has stopped working. Running dolphin 4.0.2 I have read that disabling panic handlers can help but that did not fix my issue. I have also checked DSPLLE on Separate Thread and that did not help the issue either. Microsoft c++ is up to date and my directx is as well.

Try running the latest development builds instead of 4.0.2.
The latest one is 4.0-596 as of this writing:
https://dolphin-emu.org/download/ (scroll down some) If you still get issues, post your Dolphin settings so we can see what you have set.

Yeah it just froze again

Here are screenshots of my configuration pasted into a word document
You're missing the Hacks tab from your Graphics settings, but everything looks good so far with the settings you posted except DSPLLE on Thread. This option will not do anything unless you use LLE audio (you're using HLE audio), so you may as well turn it off (LLE audio is unnecessary for this game as well, HLE audio runs fine without issues).
DSP LLE on thread won´t work if LLE audio is not selected (LLE recompiler). And that will cause Zelda micro-code games to freeze.

Ninja'd you already :p Just for the record, I think this game actually uses the AX ucode (not sure, as I don't own it).
@Evin - Those settings look fine too. You can try disabling Dual-Core, or alternatively right-click this game in Dolphin, go to Properties, and select Synchronize GPU Thread. Failing those two possible solutions, I would highly recommend you try what Axxer did to get this game running on an N64 emulator like PJ64 or Mupen64Plus.
