You'd think he would of already tried that option, considering he's got a Dual core Processor.
So, i doubt that's the problem

But your CPU would support Dolphin, what your grafics don't... well, it don't support OpenGl. You have to get an old Dx3D-Plugin, as the newer ones not work...
or just buy a new graficscard.

How do you get an old dx3d plugin that you are talking about? link please?

You can also download the x86 build of the old DirectX 9 plugin here.

You also need a revision prior to revision 3545 or 356x since the plugin specifications changed in the new revisions, be aware that the DX9 plugin contains a lot of graphical issues and bugs which are not present in the OpenGL plugin. Overall the DX9 plugin will perform and look worse than the OpenGL plugin.

I will also compile the x64 build of the old DX9 plugin and can provide an older revision if needed, just be sure to let me know.

now it's too far to me. ok there 's no solution. so it means i can't play dolphin while i don want to play as so many problem occured.

and that plugin may not help me though. i think of any other Graphic Plugin but i can't search as the original plugin doesn't work. are there any graphic plugin for Dolphin?

No, there are no other grafical plugins for dolphin. OpenGl and DirectX, thats all.

Well, its your decision if you want or not want to play so. But remember: everyone has problems with Dolphin (on most games, although there are some perfect). You might just buy a graficscard for 40-100$, that would be enough... I can hardly imagin that you can play ANY game with the PC, sry... The greatest reason for most users are the grafics... if you have a screen thats too small (what I think since I saw your PC-Specs), it wouldn't make so much sence for you eighter...

how could i spend money for games? ok, i play Mario on Project64. it's fun with Mario Party

I tried update the lastest version of driver, and I still get the same error message about that opengl. I also get this error message after that if it might help.
