I finish the 1st fight and the bug appear just after that .
I have try with dolphin 3.0 / Dolphin 3.5 / some rev / Dolphin 4.0 /Dolphin 4.0.1 / Dolphin 4.0.2 .

Sorry for my bad english .
That's interesting.... Can you post pictures of your graphics config pages so we know how you have everything set?

Also, try some of these common fixes:
First off, check for any driver updates, Windows updates, download the latest version of Visual C++, and run the DirectX Web updater.
Next, make sure you have Dolphin set to high performance under Catalyst Control Center.
Then, look into overclocking your CPU to get the games running as fast as your system can handle (there's some bugs that show up when you can't run a game fast enough, and I can't remember which thread talked about it)
Well, i have take some pictures
I don't know how to set Dolphin to high on catalyst ...
And for the OC I have never try this, i have enable intel turbo boost . All other games on dolphin work fine, I have just some problem with dbz .
The internet is your best friend when it comes to looking up how to overclock.
I'm not used to Catalyst, but either under the power management or the gaming tab, you can set profiles for certain applications to run at high performance all the time.

Try switching over to the OpenGL backend, as it has been giving better speeds and performance in the current dev builds
I have fix this . i have play with the classic controller and the bug as Disappeared . But if i push start it is impossible to select anything with (A)
Well that's super odd.
Btw, are you running Windows Vista or Windows 7?
Try efb to ram, though it will slow down the game a lot.
Now If i play with gamecube controller that work good . I don't know why this bug has appear . But with the gamecube controller i have approximatively 7 time a message : a gamecube controller as been connected ( i don't know what is exactly the message for the english version )

That change nothing and that Is not slow the game for me .
Darn, can't blame an OS specific bug....
Under Config, try switching over to the JITIL experimental recompilier
