I've played a handful of GameCube games and when I check Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to see the temperatures and how many cores are being used, it is always 1.

Does it depend on the game?
In Dolphin, go to Configuration. Then check Dual-Core mode.

Make sure in the games´ properties that the setting (Dual-Core) is not overriden by making sure it´s checked as a filled square.

Hi,

Sorry, the one attached.
What about Dolphin in general? Does it has Dual-Core mode enabled?
@Smiggy - What CPU do you have exactly (e.g. mine is an i5-2500K)? It could be that you're using Turbo Boost at it's highest frequency, which on some models means all but one core is disabled (to reduce heat). That sounds pretty likely. Check your BIOS and try disabling Turbo Boost.

Also, what does Windows Task Manager say about all of this?

Hi Shonumi,

These are my system specifications.

I use Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to keep the increased Turbo Boost constant by playing with the voltage settings. It's the extra juice, I need apparently to play Wii and GameCube games at maximum settings.

Hi,

Yes, it is.

Screenshot with Windows Task Manager.
Tried it on Dolphin 32-bit and still the same, 1 core being used. This is retarded.

When, I run a Stress test using Intel Extreme Tuning Utility all 4 cores are used. See screenshot.
Try not using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility. Your CPU has an unlocked multiplier; you should be able to overclock all your cores from the BIOS.
