Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hi Guys,
I run super mario galaxy 2 on dolphin 4.0 on Mac OS X 10.8.4, 2.3 Ghz Intel Core i7. It has 50 % and it´s very slow. Can I make it better or it´s the Hardware?
(When I don´t understand all things, I´m German)

It´s slow because of hardware, the CPU specifically.

Dolphin will also perform better on windows, so you may get better results bootcamping.

Super Mario Galaxy is one of the most demanding games in Dolphin, requiring an overclocked high-end CPU to run at full speed. Unless it's a higher-end iMac or Mac Pro (or possibly 15" MacBook Pro), don't expect it to run that well.

JMC47: It's not *that* much better, plus you hurt my pride a bit every time you say that. ;_;
