You have the GC controller set as pluged in?

I figured it out. As soon as I plugged in a usb mouse the Device shows "Dinput/0/Keyboard Mouse" and works fine. However, if I unplug the mouse it works until dolphin is closed and reopened. The device stays, but it doesn't work again until I plug the mouse back in. It's a pain.

yes you are right. sometimes we just never plug any keyboard or mouse into the tablet, i am so wonder that is this can be an issue or something else that make a little complie version for the software.
