Following that guide will get you the latest development revision; if you want 4.0.2, do "git checkout 4.0.2" after cloning and cd'ing in.

...After closer inspection, it seems that building 4.0.2 on 10.9 is broken. So, uh, just go straight to a dev build unless neobrain decides 4.0.3 is worth releasing.
