Dolphin, the GameCube and Wii emulator - Forums

Hello Everyone,

I tested Tak and the power of the JuJu and Tomb Raider Legends on Dolphin-4.0-368.
They both work and that version but both games dont work in Dolphin-4.0-435 or
Dolphin-4.0-480. I would also like to mention that for some reason every time i try to
switch to another game after running a game the emulator just closes out.

Issues

Tak - Hangs at loading screen.
Tomb Raider - Dolphin closes out upon loading game.




My System Specs:



Slackware 14 64bit

AMD X2 255 3.1 giga hertz

Nvidia GeForce 430GT 1gig

Consair 4 gig memory

This is a known issue for Tak at least; see Issue 6824. The ppc_fp merger (4.0-404) broke quite a few games in JIT64 mode; until the issue is fixed, try running both games with the emulation core set to JITIL.

BTW: I made a mistake with tomb raider it works on dolphin-4.0-480.
