Dolphin HLE all IOS related stuff, there's no way to use Hermes or things like that in Dolphin...

Well, it works in Linux and Mac too, but I really don't know how to setup libusb in these OSes. In Windows you use zadig and then boot the game, that's all. If it's compatible, the game just works as it would on a real Wii, otherwise it would ask you to connect the device, even if it's already connected...
Is there any new about this? Yesterday I tried to play Let's sing and, while Windows 7 recognizes my official Let's Sing micro, Dolphin says there's no device connected
Did you use zadig to install libusb for your microphone?
I can play let's sing with mi p2 microfone ?
