It's advisable not to overclock CPU if you're using Intel Stock Cooler
Overall , your specs should be fine for most games at 4x Internal Resolution (2560x2112) , no AA , 16x Anisotropic Filtering

I have a 212 EVo but if I put it to 4.4 there are some games like Crysis 3 that will make my PC crash and I dont care for changing my settings in the bios every time I want to play something.
Maybe not as high as 4.4, but something that will make all your applications comfortable.
And post pics of your gaphics setup when using OpenGL?

I attached the pics to the post
Try enabling OpenMP.
Also, is your computer set to high performance mode?
That didnt work either. And how do I set my PC to that. I didn't know there was a mode for it o_O
Under power management in control panel, choose the high performance power mode.
Also check to make sure under the Nvidia Control panel that your graphics card is in high performance mode. Some of the newer cards tend to not kick into high performance mode with Dolphin sometimes
Did both and not just use IR x4 with AA off. Still can't get OpenGL to work though. Thanks everyone for all your help
