On some of the more demanding games, you may want to look at overclocking. I would assume your motherboard supports overclocking, since you have an overclockable CPU.

Guess your GPU can't handle 4xSSAA then.

Try the latest dev build.
Also, switch your backend to OpenGL and enable the Vertex Stream Hack. It gives god speed-ups on Nvidia cards.
Look up how to overclock online.

When I set it to Open GL and start a game the screen stays black

Which CPU cooler do you have ? If you have CM 212 Evo or better cooler (plus an aftermarket thermal gease like Arctic MX-4), you will be able to overclock your CPU to 4.4GHz safely
It's advisable not to overclock CPU if you're using Intel Stock Cooler
Overall , your specs should be fine for most games at 4x Internal Resolution (2560x2112) , no AA , 16x Anisotropic Filtering
