I don't get any error messages but starting a game will not work and i keep taken back to the game selection menu. This only happens when using the open gl es3 backend though.
installed dolphin-master-4.0-596.apk today on Sony Xperia Z1 running Android 4.3 (14.2.A.0.290):

- game runs in Hardware accelerated mode (ES 3.0), it does not crash immedeately after game start any longer
- dual core on, JIT ARM Recompiler, Fastmem off
- 11 - 60 frames per second (Donkey Kong Jungle Beat)
- Qualcomm Adreno 330 Video Driver for ES 3.0 is V 53.0 (04.03.00.146.073)

But the screen using 1x native Wii mode is flipped 90 degrees and split / shifted (see atached screenshot). Can someone support in this issue?

- added in game screenshot (22 fps)
- dual shock 3 controller runs fine
It will need a fix by the dev buddy... At the moment it set to run in forced portrait mode because thats the only way it would work with the older qualcomm drivers. Dev will need to adjust the program so it takes account of the never drivers. Nothing we can do to fix this end. Looks promising though as it "should" be a "relatively" easy fix.

Tried the newer builds dolphin-master-4.0-599.apk and it only froze once loading a save state with Zelda Wind Waker. On the opening cinematic I got a steady 30fps, on the in-game cinematic I got to 6-7 fps and the avatars were distorted. On older builds (build 468, I think) this in-game intro is slightly faster (8 - 13fps) and accurately displayed. Also on Sony Xperia Z1 running Android 4.3 (14.2.A.0.290, clean installation).
