I also do not recommend.
Problem you did not help to the solve the problem we.

When I encounter a problem also posted videos to show you.
Replied my question seems to be.
I know you are learning English, which is not a small task, but it is still hard to understand some of the things you write. At any rate, you told him to use 3.5-367, but this revision is old and outdated. Even if just "temporary", that still amounts to recommending an unsupported build. Again, at the very least, you have to mention that such builds are not supported at all.

I also tried to help him solve his issue. His hardware could be throttling itself because of excess heat (a common issue) so I'm waiting for him to post the results of his CPU temperatures.
After 10 mins of dolphin running Coretemp records this-- [Image: CoreTemp-Scr_zps02fee43f.png]
Whoa! That´s way too hot! You may want to apply new thermal paste and speed up the fans (if this can be done).

What are you talking about? It reads 63 degrees Celsuis; that's a perfectly acceptable temperature for a laptop (although your lap might not agree). I think you're confusing it with the TJ Max. Core Temp only says that his CPU hit a max of 64 degrees. It doesn't seem to be a heating issue, however.

@xMr69M3x - This is a weird issue you're having. In New Super Mario Bros. Wii, it says that you're running the game at 100% (VPS is 60, but FPS is not). Have you tried setting your FPS limit to Auto? I know in some games, even manually setting the Framelimit to the correct FPS (say 30) results in half the FPS (say 15 again). Auto (or Audio too) might help with that. As a last resort, try 60 again and check Limit by FPS. As an even further last resort, try setting the Framelimit to 120 (sometimes since Dolphin halves the FPS, just raise the Framelimit by 2).

Oops, indeed; I got confused.Undecided Sorry.
I've tried all the frame limits. Any limit lower or higher than 60 slows down the game. Audio limit, the game still runs 30fps 60vps 100%. Auto stutters at 10-20fps. Checking limit by fps slows down the game and static audio occurs.

One more thing to test: running the game with a fresh copy of Dolphin (default settings, etc) changes something? You can do that by downloading the latest development version, then you unzip it in a separate folder and create a portable.txt file inside that folder...

If it locked at 30 FPS then maybe your refresh rate is 30hz , Are you connecting you Laptop to a TV via HDMI , then make sure in your Intel Graphics Control Panel (Right Click Desktop) and make sure it is 60hz refresh rate... try also selecting Default Settings in the Intel Graphics Control Panel
My refresh rate is at 60hz and I'm playing on my laptop not any external output.

The emulator only runs slower on the latest dev. version because D3D9 isn't supported
