I'm trying to run Metroid Prime 3 and Super Mario Galaxy but get quite a bit of stutter while playing, I was hoping someone could inform me what settings I should aim for.

At stock speed , you won't be able to run those games full speed
You should buy an aftermarket cooler (CM Hyper 212 Evo + Arctic MX-4) and push your CPU up to 4.2GHz or higher

I actually have that cooler, I just don't know how to push my CPU/RAM further as I get a black screen any time I put it past what it is currently.
