Unless you really need the features of the more expensive boards you should get whatever is in your budget. You really don't necessarily need a $200 motherboard.
I bought mine for €88 back in '11 and it's rock solid even with my overclocks.

Since your old CPU is an i7 , you should get i7 4770k and the cheaper board (MSI Z87 G45 is good at overclocking , its onboard audio chipset is not bad either )
