Hi guys , i would know if my pc is good for dolphin or not.
Cpu : Amd A8 -4500 1.9Ghz
Gpu: hd 7640g+7470m

I would say no, amd processors are bad with dolphin and low clocked ones for laptops are in an even worse position. See here for example:

No matter though you should try for yourself, perhaps the games you are interested are lightweight and the frame rate is decent enough not to bother you.
Actually, he can. My AMD CPU (A6-1450) is WAY SLOWER than his processor, and I can play games at acceptable speeds in my laptop (and yes, I have my system in High Performance mode).
Examples? Mario Kart Double Dash runs at 45 FPS with LLE (same does Super Mario Galaxy), Mario Party 5 and 6 run at constant 60 FPS without slowdowns.
But like Link_to_the_past said, it depends on which games are you planning to play in Dolphin.
MP5 and MP6 I believe. SMG at 45 fps with LLE? Not a chance in hell. Please post some screenshots to verify this.

Wait, I made a mistake here.
Mario Galaxy runs at
20 to 35 FPS.
Yeah most people would not consider that playable since it's less than half speed. And that's still surprisingly high to the point where I have trouble believing it. I would expect more in the 10-20 fps range with LLE. Though speed does vary a lot depending on which galaxy and world you're in.

So you want a list of games ranked by their performance requirements? I'm afraid such a list does not exist. List some games and we can give you a vague idea of how demanding they are.
