As the subject states. I'm currently using my laptop for Dolphin.

My specs are as follows:
Intel Core i5 3230 2.60ghz
nvidia geforce 650m sli
6.0 gb ddr3

I'm only getting about 20-25 fps on the games I've been playing. I assume my i5 isn't up to par for this or the two games I'm playing aren't exactly able to be perfectly played. Legend of Spyro A new Beginning and Simpsons Hit and run. Both dip below 30 fps but it does go up to 60 fps during cutscenes. Any help would be appreciated. I'm also using dolphin 4.0 so maybe that can help.
Your CPU is too slow, you may want to enable TurboBoost.

This thread will help you alot. My cpu is close to yours and many games run playable at full speed(with hle and efb to texture) so it should be performing better.
