You're not gonna legitimately be able to use Dolphin on your phone until you get your next phone in a year or two. Doesn't help that the Adrenos currently have a ridiculous amount of GLES3-related driver bugs that break Dolphin.

I highly doubt you get acceptable framerates on any available ARM CPU.
Intel is the key. The latest X86 Atom CPU's should be okayish to get at least SMBM playable.
I was at least able to try PCSX2 out on a Atom Z2760 based tablet and it ran FFX with ~20-30fps.

I just tested it on my Note 3 N900T, performance is laggy mostly but menus are reasonably smooth, lots of bugs still in the games I tested. It's still early so we'll see how it progresses.

Which revision are you using mate as Luigi's mansion is working in game now on later ones. Also if you enable texture caching to ram in the hacks section you will have less artifacts.

I have N9005 (Adreno 330) and no matter what I tried it force closes when run with OpenGL (4.3 Android) with the Play Store version.
And without OpenGL sometimes runs but at 3-4 fps.
I will try now the test builds and if it's not working I'll be looking for new drivers.
Edit: master-4.0-489 force closes on launching the app. Don't know what to try next. There are so many builds.
427 not crashing, but shows gray screen on Gamecube game and glitchy sound, and totally black screen on wii games.

Android builds are currently broken in numerous ways. I don't actually have any idea why they're broken, but I can tell you that it'll probably be fixed soon, as they're changing the build process.

I am also wonder if the game can run on my new cheap andriod pad phone , Android 4.2.1, MTK6589T, Quad Core 1.5GHz
