And video card?

I thought you wouldn't need it . 9600GT can handle 3x Internal Resolution (1920x1584) , no Anti-aliasing , 16x Anisotropic Filter in most games
You can buy video card later

For Dolphin (demand high memory bandwidth) : R9 270 < GTX 650 TI Boost < R9 270X < GTX 760
But if you wait till next year (Q1 2014) , you can get a better video card (cheaper and faster GPU)
