It's not a problem with the save states themselves, and restarting dolphin and loading them will work just fine. It should be quite rare though, and not a serious hindrance. Unfortunately that does make it annoying to debug...
Like I said. It crashes more than 50% so it IS quite often ^^

I think I have created them more than thousand times already and I haven't had any issue yet. Except that if I load a save state immediately after loading a game, I often have a problem.
I made the same experimence, so I always wait a few seconds every time I start a game or load another savestate. But that has nothing to do with my problem.

I use 4.0 and it's the newest version as far as I know.
Um, what game are you playing? It crashes maybe .1% of the time for me.

It's Super Smash Bros Brawl like I wrote in the topic
And it still doesn't work with the new versions

I don't really know what you mean exactly but I changed nothing between the time I save and load my savestates. Just since the errors occured, I surely changed nearly everything I could find in the options to make dolphin work again ^^
I even reinstalled my computer because I heared it could be because of a virus or something like this but it still doesn't work.... what I find really strange because when a program worked for around one year and then it has a problem suddenly everytime I use it, in my opinion it has to be something to do with the software. But in that case the problem normally vanishes when you reinstall you computer doesn't it?
So it may be because of my hardware?....
