official. It freezes in the installation.

What do you mean by "freezes in the installation"? Tell us a bit more

it's just impossible to install toshiba stack. I tried everything. Probably spent 10 hours trying it to work. I tried disabling broadcom drivers, I tried 4 different Toshiba stack versions, I tried 4 different bluetooth adapters. I tried writing down the rev number and inserting that into the USB file.

Toshiba installation just says. "Please insert bluetooth device" and then the installation stops there. Impossible.
Did you try the work around in the guide? It may allow you to force the toshiba stack onto your bluetooth adapter. - https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/wii-remote-plus-rvl-cnt-01-tr-connection-guide/#Forcing_the_Toshiba_Drivers_onto_the_Adapter
Are you aware that if you're using a wiimote with the separate Motion Plus attachment you don't need the Toshiba Stack? In this setup only MS stack will be sufficient...

yes. I just bought a motion+ adapter of ebay. Now i dont need the hassle of the toshiba stack.

and yes i tried the workaround.

no dice.
