The game is 30fps cap and in some places I get 15-20 fps during all thetime I stay there.
I'm using Dolphin 4.0 and my PC specs are i5-2500k (no oc), 8gb ddr3, nvidia gtx670 2GB, w7 x64.
Any recommendations to make the game smoother?
What are your settings and where exactly in the game are you getting these slowdowns?

I'm using Direct3d11, DSP HLE, V-Sync desactivated, 1080p resolution, 8 samples anti-aliasing and 16x antistropic filtering. Most likely the default dolphin cfg.

Overclock your CPU
Just oc from 3.3 to 4.2 and the low fps seems to be fixed for now. But the game is still cap to 30fps when I have the framelimit limited to 60 in the dolphin cfg.

Also disable antialiasing and see if that helps. And check limit by fps if you want to limit at specific fps, but this game will run double speed since it is 30fps game.
This is why I was afraid of oc. The map bugged.

Try it already disabling that and I stioll get low fps
btw I still have a lot of fps issues. Everytime I unpause I got 20 fps for the next 10-30 sec.
In Hyrule's prairie its 15-20 constant fps
