I don't see an option for DebugFast. The only options are Debug and Release. Debug is too slow. How do I compile Debug fast? (Windows 7, Visual Studio Express 2013)

Create a new Configuration called "DebugFast" that inherits properties from the Debug config. Go to project>properties>C++>preprocessor definitions. Add "DEBUGFAST" to the preprocessor definitons.
This got me 90% of the way there, but now I've got an error when playing a game.
