Could Direct X features be used besides Anti-Aliasing to give the game more fidelity.

e.g.
Bloom, Occlusion (SSAO), Reflections, Motion-Blur, Depth of Field, Colour Correction,
Those are not "Direct X features" and if anyone capable took a stab at it there'd likely be a chance of it working.
It is possible to inject bloom into Dolphin's DX9 backend.
