Full Version: Does the D3D11 backend actually use Directx 11?

I would have preferred to keep the D3D11 name, at least for a while. It would have helped with confusion for users who don't know about the change. Oh well, rip off the bandaid I guess.
Anyway, is the d311 faster in ALL the cases?
From my experience, definitely not.
Depends on the game/scene and your settings.
