If you're extremely rich, have an enormous amount of free time, and have experience with all of the components (or access to someone else who does and is willing to work for you) then it could be done. Why you would want to do it I have no idea since you would likely get better performance for a lot less cost, time, and effort with a standard cable connection from an ISP.
